Strength training during this process, no matter if you are as green as they come. We can work together to develop a training programme that is sustainable and fits your lifestyle.
I work with clients for a minimum as 12 weeks. This allows us time to build habits, consistency and set strong foundations.
Making progress comes with consistency, but self motivation can be out of the window after the first week. I will hold you accountable and keep you on track.
